His knowledge of sturcture, building materials, city Lots helps his team of brokers to be the best."
Charese David, after working for a short time at a large agency wanted to learn from the broker and the only way to achieve this was to work in a small agency. Working in a small agency allowed Charese to sit in the same room as the broker and really learn from all the different transactios that were happening. If she wqanted to see a building, he is willing to go check it and provide insight into the property. "Hands on Training" is the best training the real estate consultant can hope for and Charese thinks it's because of her training and determination that she continues to thrive!
